"I move to approve the proposed Resolution approving the Town’s continued participation in the proposed settlement of opioid-related claims and further move to approve the Town Manager or the Town Attorney to execute the Town’s Participation Form and the necessary documents to effectuate the Town’s continued participation in the settlements" Or Other action deemed necessary by Council.
