"I move to re-appoint the following Town Appointed Officers for Fiscal Year 2026-27:
Mercury T. Payton, Town Manager, pursuant to a contractual agreement; and 

Steven D. Briglia as Town Attorney, pursuant to a contractual agreement between the Town of Vienna and Stevent D. Briglia for legal and prosecuting services; and

Shelley M. Kozlowski as Town Clerk; and Steven Barlow as Town Treasurer.”
